Deposit and payment:
For scheduled/public tours, payment is required in full at the time of booking. For private groups, a non-refundable deposit of $50.00 per person will be required to secure the day and your tour; payment in full will be required approximately two weeks prior to your departure.

Tour prices include:
Guided tour with transport via bus except for walking tours and special events. All tours include product sampling and lunch.

Costs not included in tour prices:
Purchases of items from supplier partners during your Foodscape Tour are at your discretion and cost. Foodscape Tours patrons are encouraged to bring cash for product purchases on tour day, often at discount to retail prices.

All prices are shown in Australian dollars and are current at date of printing itineraries.

Bookings on Foodscape Tours’ scheduled date tours are non-refundable. Your payment secures your place on the tour.

For private group bookings: cancellations are accepted more than 14 days in advance of tour date and a refund will be provided less the non-refundable deposit. Between 7–14 days of tour, cancellations are accepted and a 50% refund of full tour costs will be provided. Within 7 days of tour departure refunds or rescheduling are unavailable.

Minimum numbers:
All Foodscape Tours are subject to minimum numbers. Every endeavour is made to ensure the tours take place but if the minimum number of guests is not reached, the tour will be cancelled with all monies being refunded.

Itinerary Validity and Content:
Itineraries are valid unless otherwise specified. Every effort is made to ensure accuracy. Foodscape Tours will not be liable for any injury, damage or loss caused by any inaccuracy. Foodscape Tours reserves the right to change tour arrangements due to safety reasons, and will endeavour to provide alternative arrangements of the same standard as that originally booked.

Foodscape Tours is not a carrier or hotelier, nor do we own aircraft, hotels or coaches. The services Foodscape Tours supplies consist of arranging and coordinating tours and transport. We exercise every care in the selection of reputable bus operators and suppliers of the various services which are used in these tours. It is important to note, therefore, all bookings with Foodscape Tours are subject to the terms, conditions and limitations of liability imposed by the service providers whose services we utilise, some of which limit or exclude liability in respect of death, personal injury, delay and loss or damage of personal items. Because of this Foodscape Tours does not accept liability for events beyond our control.

Clients’ Responsibilities:
It is your responsibility to ensure you consider your own dietary requirements and any food allergies. Foodscape Tours may not be suitable for those with severe peanut and tree nut allergies.

Foodscape Tours include visits to producers and working farms where there may be on-site hazards or areas which, for safety reasons, are “off limits” to visitors. You must therefore comply with all instructions, rules or policies which apply on the premises you visit with Foodscape Tours and any failure by you to do so is at your own risk.
