What should I wear?
Comfortable casual clothing is suggested along with sensible shoes. We will be visiting farms and walking around, so enclosed, flat shoes are highly recommended. For wet weather you might like to bring or wear older shoes or your gum boots!

What should I bring?
As we will be spending some time outside, we suggest you bring sunscreen and a hat, insect repellent depending upon the season, and also water to sip on throughout the day. An umbrella or raincoat may come in handy (but hopefully won’t be needed).

If you would like to do some shopping and purchase items along the way, we recommended you bring a carry bag, small cooler bag (depending upon the season) and cash so you are not disappointed. Not all vendors have credit card facilities.

Cameras are also welcome.

Will the tour operate if it is raining?
It really depends on the day. We are fortunate that some vendors have wet weather facilities and can easily accommodate us. We will contact you to notify you of any changes. You can also call us on 1300 502 100 if you are in doubt.

What happens to my money if the tour is cancelled?
Foodscape Tours will either refund your tour fee or allow you to transfer to another tour date.

Can you cater for my specific dietary requirements?
Please advise us at the time of booking your tour. We will do our best to accommodate your dietary requirements and preferences for lunch and tastings. Foodscape Tours may not be suitable for those with severe peanut and tree nut allergies.

How many people does the bus carry?
There are up to 20 passenger seats on our air-conditioned bus. Keeping it small, means you will have a relaxed and personalised tour.
